Terms and Conditions

1 Booking Arrangements

When confirming your booking, you are asked to pay a deposit of £20 per person. When a confirmation is dispatched it is at this time that a binding contract with Skye History & Heritage Day Tours comes into existence. Payment of the balance is due before or on the day of the tour.

Any balance due that is not received by us before the tour takes place will cancel your rights to the tour and you will lose any deposit paid.

2 Cancellation by the Client

A cancellation charge is applicable as follows:

•  The deposit will be forfit upon cancellation.

•  A deposit refund will be offered if the cancellation is 2 weeks before the agreed tour date.

•  An alternative tour date will be offered if the client cannot make the tour date agreed.

3 Amendment and Cancellation by Skye History and Heritage Day Tours

If the tour is cancelled by Skye History and Heritage Day Tours then a full refund of any monies paid will be offered.

4 Delays

We cannot accept any liability for any delays in travel arrangements in the UK or to and from the UK where cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, the action of port authorities, mechanical breakdown, strike, industrial action.
